REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Vida Greenhouses LLC believes in and stands behind the quality of the products we offer to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most* unopened items in new condition, for a refund or exchange. We want to ensure your shopping experience is a positive one, so please review the return schedules below for more details.
IN-STORE RETURNS
You may return the unused unopened item in its original packaging according to the return schedule listed below. The original receipt, gift receipt or packing slip, and a valid photo ID are required for all in-store returns and exchanges.
ONLINE RETURNS / ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Online returns must include the original packing slip and the unused item in the original packaging in the condition that it was delivered. The customer is responsible for any fees related to shipping the merchandise back to Vida Greenhouses. We highly recommend that you ship your returns back to us using a reliable LTL carrier service that offers the ability to track the shipment.
Customers may return products to local stores, but the credit or refund will not be issued until the merchandise is received at our distribution center, which may take up to 10 business days to process.
All returns must have prior authorization from ClimaPod representatives. Items returned without any prior notice may not automatically be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service via “contact form” or by sending an email to “shipping@climapodgreenhouses.com” to submit a return request before mailing any items to our warehouse.

RECEIVING ORDERS
Even though we put a lot of effort into making every shipment go perfectly, it is the customer’s responsibility to examine all packages and report any damage or missing boxes/pieces during order delivery. In such an event, the customer needs to make a written note of the issue on the delivery receipt at the time of order delivery and notify our customer service team by email within 5 calendar days after delivery. Vida Greenhouses will do everything needed to assist and resolve any issues in a good timely manner, but is not liable if the report isn’t provided within the allowed time frame.
SHIPPING FEE
Vida Greenhouses LLC and/or ClimaPod Greenhouses always strives to provide the most aggressive and competitive shipping rates to its customers and have all orders shipped promptly.
To make it more convenient for our customers we have set up competitive flat shipping fees for destinations within and outside of WA state.
Please note that before orders are packed and shipped, Vida Greenhouses reserves the right to cancel an order with a full 100% refund to the customer, in case it is determined that our freight forwarder(s) are not able to arrange delivery to the provided shipping address due to limited or no road access, extra delivery charges due to limited access areas or special vehicle requirements for the delivery, freight carriers and/or any other reason. In such case, the customer will receive a call from Vida Greenhouses, to discuss the available options for delivery or offer to cancel/refund the order. From our experience, if our carriers are not able to deliver the greenhouse to a limited access area, most of our customers find it most convenient to arrange the pick up of their order from the nearest carrier terminal near their address.
GREENHOUSE RETURNS
You may return new and unopened greenhouses to Vida Greenhouses within 30 calendar days of delivery or pickup date. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied after items are received and checked by our representatives. Please note that shipping and handling fees that are paid during the placing of the order are non-refundable.
The product will only be accepted in original unopened boxes.
Customers who purchased greenhouses via our websites or over the phone may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery if the item is not as expected. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, in an unused condition, in order for a refund to be granted. Refunds will be issued for the amount of the merchandise returned and any applicable taxes, but will not include any delivery charges associated with the original purchase.
The customer is responsible for any fees that are related to shipping of the merchandise back to Vida Greenhouses. In case of rejecting an order during transit, the customer will be responsible for any charges that Vida Greenhouses may receive from the freight company. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any refunds and returns.
No refunds or returns will be honored on greenhouses or accessories after 30 days of delivery or pickup date.
Greenhouses, as defined by Vida Greenhouses, will include but are not limited to: greenhouse kits that consist of curved and straight framing, polycarbonate and glass sheets/panels, supporting parts, accessories, and tools. This list may be modified at any time without notice, so please consult with a sales associate for further details.
It is the customer’s responsibility to report any damage or missing boxes/pieces on the proof of delivery sheet (delivery sip) provided by the driver at the time of the order delivery to their address.
ACCESSORY ITEM RETURNS
Vida Greenhouses wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the original purchase date on most accessories***. Vida Greenhouses reserves the right to modify, alter, or void this return policy if there is evidence of inappropriate or misuse of the merchandise.
Accessory items that were purchased via our website, and online stores (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram) be returned to one of our local stores or shipped back to Vida Greenhouses within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, in accordance with this policy.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Labor, delivery and/or installation services, handling fees.
- Items that are damaged, abused, or appear to be misused
- Items that are missing parts or accessories
- Items that have been personalized
- Special order items
RESTOCKING FEES
A 20% restocking fee will applied to any item that is returned.
PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES AND BUNDLED ITEMS
If you are returning an item that includes additional items as a gift promotion, then you must return all the items received as a gift, to receive the credit. If you do not return all of the items included with the gift, then the cost of those items will be deducted from the amount refunded. The gift item(s) cannot be returned by themselves for any type of credit or refund.
If you returned an item that was part of a larger package or bundle of products and received a discount based on that bundle purchase, the refund amount will be discounted in proportion.
REFUND PAYMENT METHODS
Vida Greenhouses may issue refunds only in the form of the original payment method (a credit to the original credit card, check, or in-store credit at the customer's request and approval from Vida Greenhouses).
Items that are returned that were originally purchased with a check or cash will be issued a refund either as a store credit or via check for the approved refund amount. Such checks will be mailed to the customer's address on the original invoice from our corporate offices. Purchases that were made by check will be refunded once the customer’s check has cleared our bank. Refunds that require a check from our corporate office may take up to 15 business days to process.
Refunds issued for returned merchandise that was purchased with a credit card will have the approved amount of the refund credited back to the card that was used for the original purchase. If the original card is no longer available, an in-store credit can be issued, or per management approval, a check may be issued and sent from our corporate offices within 15 business days of the return.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Customers should examine all packages for damage upon order arrival and note with the carrier driver any visible damage to the product packaging.
We put much effort into supplying faultless product and use only preferred shipping carriers that are known to take good care of the cargo during transit. If during delivery of your order, any of the boxes seem to have any damage, please make sure to note it on the delivery receipt and still accept to receive the order. After boxes are offloaded and received, immediately go through all parts and inspect for damage to the boxes and their contents. We use unique reinforced packaging to provide the best protection to the frames and panels of the greenhouse during transportation. In most cases even if there is minor damage on the outside of the carton – the inside content remains well-protected and undamaged.
In case any parts are damaged or appear to have any manufacturing defects (visible or hidden), please immediately make a list of parts that are damaged or missing with an item number. You can look up the part number either by looking at the sticker or locating it in the assembly manual. Then email it ASAP along with pictures and a detailed explanation of the issue to our Customer Service at shipping@climapodgreenhouses.com. We will have our experts review it and all necessary replacement parts will be promptly shipped. Vida Greenhouses is not liable for any reports received after 30 calendar days from the date the order was placed.
ORDERS PURCHASED FROM OTHER DEALERS/RESELLER
Vida Greenhouses LLC (VIDA) is committed to supporting all ClimaPod product users by offering general guidance and assistance. However, VIDA’s warranty, product guarantees, and liability extend only to customers who purchased directly from Vida Greenhouses LLC (www.ClimaPodGreenhouses.com) or through VIDA’s direct officially authorized resellers.
If a ClimaPod product was purchased from an independent dealer, distributor, or reseller that is not part of VIDA’s authorized reseller network, any inquiries regarding product sales, support, replacement parts, assembly instructions, warranty claims, refunds, payments, product liability, or any other issues must be directed to the dealer from whom the purchase was made. Vida Greenhouses is not responsible for and does not provide warranty coverage, product support, or liability for any ClimaPod products sold by other dealers and reseller. For a list of VIDA’s authorized resellers or to verify the status of a dealer, please contact our customer service team.
FREE STORAGE
At ClimaPod, we go the extra mile to support our valued buyers. We understand that timing can be crucial when it comes to receiving and installing the greenhouse. That’s why we may offer you the convenience of FREE STORAGE for your greenhouse order until you are ready to receive it. However, if a FREE STORAGE offer is approved for your order, we kindly request that orders be picked up within a reasonable time frame. To ensure smooth operations holding times cannot exceed 12 months from the purchase date. In case of any change in your plans, rest assured that you can request to cancel your unshipped/unpicked up “On Hold” order per our standard terms within 45 calendar days from the purchase date. Orders held beyond 45 calendar day period cannot be canceled or refunded. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
CANCELATION OF UNSHIPPED ORDERS
Customers may cancel orders placed with Vida Greenhouses if they have not entered the shipment process. Refund will be issued in full minus 4% for orders paid by Credit Card/PayPal/Checks; and minus 10% for orders paid & financed through Shop Pay, Affirm, or other financing services used by the customer for purchasing from Vida Greenhouses LLC.
Vida Greenhouses reserves the right to refuse a refund without a receipt and to make changes to this policy without notice.
