ClimaOrb Arched Greenhouse is Classic tunnel style greenhouse that is made of the safest & strongest transparent 6 mm polycarbonate. All of our greenhouses are perfect for growing organic produce, but can also be used for a wide range of activities, including gardening/flowering, child’s playroom, art or music studio, sun room, and as a lounge/exercise room.
Arched Series Shipping Information
ClimaPod Greenhouse kits are shipped via FedEx Freight/Ground, UPS Freight/Ground, or using other Ground/LTL carrier services.
Greenhouse consists of at least 3 or more boxes. The exact number of boxes varies depending on the kit that was ordered. You are welcome to reach out to our Customer Service to receive copy of Packing List with exact details on how your order is packed.
No special equipment is needed to receive the greenhouse. We pack it in the way, where boxes and their contents are well protected during transportation, and at the same time so it is easy for two people to offload each of the boxes/pieces (driver will be glad to assist).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, receiving instructions, and copy of your packing list showing how your order is packed and how many boxes it will come with.
Even though we put a lot of effort into making every shipment go perfectly, it is customer’s responsibility to report any damage or missing boxes/pieces during order delivery. In such event, customer needs to note the issue on the delivery receipt and immediately email our customer service team.
